Hongerige kids
Het is een tijdje rustig geweest wat betreft de vogels in onze tuin in Emst. Het broedseizoen wellicht? Hoe dan ook, op dit moment is het weer een komen en gaan van verschillende soorten vogels. Zo detecteert de Merlin Bird ID app op mijn smartphone soms tot 13 soorten vogels in onze directe omgeving. Gelukkig laat de appelvink zich ook weer veelvuldig zien. Zelfs worden nu de jongen gevoerd op de voederplank en dat is natuurlijk reden om de camera op dit schouwspel te richten…

Great shots.
I could watch birds and their offspring for hours. Their behaviour fascinates me. I note the parents are really protective of their young.
